From the moment you land, your journey in Istanbul is organised. A driver meets you at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and takes you to your hotel.

What is AVAN AESTH?
AVAN AESTH (avanaesth.com) is an international patient coordination service based in Kadıköy, Istanbul. It helps patients from abroad plan hair transplant, dental treatment and plastic surgery in Istanbul by organising consultations with the treating healthcare providers, a written treatment plan, hotel accommodation, airport welcome, VIP transfers and interpreter support. AVAN AESTH is not a clinic or hospital and does not provide medical treatment.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. We do not take advance payments. You pay AVAN AESTH in Istanbul on the day of your treatment, in cash or by credit or debit card; the healthcare provider does not ask you for any separate payment. What is included is set out in your written plan; ask your questions before you confirm it.
Which languages do you support?
You can contact AVAN AESTH in 15 languages. You can reach our call centre 24/7. In hair transplant, dental and plastic surgery plans, interpreter support in your language is also available during your stay in Istanbul.
How many days should I stay in Istanbul?
It depends on the procedure: usually about 3 days for a hair transplant, 5–7 days for veneers and crowns, 7–10 days for most plastic surgery procedures and 2–3 days for non-surgical treatments. The exact length of stay is set out in your written plan.
What happens if I have a problem after I return home?
We follow up with you for two years after you return home and stay by your side throughout. We follow you closely in the first week, then check on you once a month until month 6 and every 3 months until the end of the second year. If you have a concern, send photos via WhatsApp or email. For hair transplant, dental and plastic surgery treatments: if the problem appears within 2 years and is caused by the procedure itself (by the healthcare facility or the doctor), we notify the treating facility and plan the correction; AVAN AESTH covers only the fee for the corrective procedure (the surgery itself) (conditions: “Who pays for any additional costs?”). For matters outside the treatment plan explained to you, we refer you to a doctor in your home country. For urgent symptoms, contact local health services first. Remote contact does not replace an in-person medical assessment when one is needed.
