What is six-pack surgery (abdominal etching)?
Six-pack surgery, also called abdominal etching or high-definition liposuction of the abdomen, removes fat selectively around the abdominal muscles to make their outline more visible. It does not build muscle. It works best for people who are already fairly lean, with firm skin and a stable weight, who want more definition than exercise alone has given.

Who may be a good candidate?

Who may not be suitable?
- people with a significant amount of abdominal fat; general weight management or Bariatric surgery may be discussed first;

How is it planned in Istanbul?

What is recovery like?
Swelling and bruising are common and definition is often hidden at first. Compression garments are usually worn for several weeks, and some teams recommend lymphatic massage. The final look develops over months. Keeping a stable weight is important to preserve a natural result.
