Planning your treatment
Before booking, discuss your goals, suitability, alternatives and risks with the treating professional. Request a written treatment plan and realistic expectations. The plan should be based on your individual assessment.
Costs and written quotation
Request an itemised written quote. Confirm the billing currency, treatment stages and what is included or excluded: consultations, tests, medication, accommodation, transfers and follow-up. Compare the complete journey cost rather than a headline price.
Travel and length of stay
Ask for an individual schedule before booking flights. Confirm the number of visits, review appointments and when the treating professional expects you to be fit to travel. Some treatment plans require more than one visit.
Follow-up after returning home
Confirm follow-up arrangements in writing before booking. Ask who to contact after returning home, how concerns will be assessed from abroad and which additional appointments or costs may apply.
